Often, we get stuck in the habit of making New Year's resolutions, only to abandon them after a month or so. But why do we do this to ourselves? Let me share with you my personal experience - I have stopped making New Year's resolutions altogether. Instead, I follow the motto of Nike - "just do it". I don't wait for a specific time to make a change, I simply think about it for a few seconds and then take action. This has allowed me to make positive changes in my life throughout the year, rather than just at the start of a new year.
